Step 1 : To close MyGAS account, please tap the user profile icon at the upper most right hand corner of the MyGAS app.
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the MyGAS Contact Detail screen until you see the Close MyGAS Account link. Tap the link and read the notice appears after it.
Step 3: After reading the notice, tap the Proceed to Close button to reach the Close MyGAS Account screen as follow. State the reason why you would close the MyGAS account and fill your MyGAS account’s password again for final verification. Tap the Delete Everything button to close the account.
Deleting your MyGAS account is an undoable action. If you intend to use MyGAS again in the future, you will have to register again in order to gain access to MyGAS.
What if you can't sign in again, but want to close your MyGAS account?
Send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from the email address that you used to create the MyGAS account to prove your authenticity. Your email should include the subject line, Delete MyGAS account with GASOFFSHORE.
Please ensure that you are sending your email request from the email address you used to create the MyGAS account.
